The MEN IN BLACK (1997) are back to support pugs in need! All proceeds from this benefit screening go to Pacific Pug Rescue and their work rescuing, rehabilitating, and placing pugs and pug mixes in permanent homes.
Starring Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, and Mushu as Frank the Pug, MEN IN BLACK follows Agents K (Jones) and J (Smith), who enforce alien immigration, protection, and regulation on Earth, as they search for a sugar-water-drinking intergalactic terrorist (Vincent D'Onofrio) on a mission to assassinate two ambassadors from opposing galaxies in New York City. Co-starring Linda Fiorentino, Rip Torn, Tony Shalhoub, and with music by Danny Elfman, MEN IN BLACK is a late '90s sci-fi charmer and ripe for a rewatch.
About Pacific Pug Rescue:
Since 2006, Pacific Pug Rescue rescues, rehabilitates, and places unwanted, abandoned, neglected, or abused pugs and pug mixes—regardless of their age or medical condition—in carefully screened, permanent adoptive homes. In addition to saving pugs, Pacific Pug Rescue strives to educate the public about the breed, including its personality, common health issues, care requirements, and the importance of domestic animal population control.
