It's Christmas Eve in Washington. Peace on Earth becomes hell as elite British SAS officer Shane Alcott (Gary Daniels) and his partner Major Williams (Sugar Ray Leonard) fight their way through riot torn streets. Their assignment - to rescue the beautiful daughter of the British Ambassador, Anna Lisa (Paige Rowland), who is being held by vicious kidnappers.

When the kidnap gang are revealed as a front for ruthless I.R.A. mercenaries, democracy is at stake. Only the SAS officers know how the enemy think. Can they penetrate the area and rescue the girl from the terrorists?
