Back of the Video Store II

“Back of the Video Store II” is a follow up to last year’s ’80s sleaze-inspired art pop-up from local artist and Movie Madness’s manager, Jason Edward Davis. Just when you thought it was safe to return to the back aisles, Jason returns with a new collection of spooky-sexy paintings, prints, shirts, and hats that will feature more horror, fantasy, and even a muppet or two. This event is created with the support of RACC and the Office of Arts & Culture.

Jason Edward Davis is a native Portlander who has been painting cats, ghosts, and other monsters in love for almost 20 years. A Ford Family Scholar and PNCA grad, Jason has been the resident artist at Hollywood Theatre’s program, Queer Horror, for 10 years, has had work in several national shows, publications, and in the personal collection of many actors including Glen Powell, Shelley Duvall, Dee Wallace, and more!
